The company pludoni GmbH processes the applicant data on behalf of the controller on the infrastructure operated and rented by it. The applicant data is processed exclusively for the purpose of decision-making based on section 26 BDSG [German Federal Data Protection Act]. Only authorised employees of InfraTec GmbH are permitted to access personal data. Authorised employees include all persons directly involved in the application process and decision-making. Personal data will not be transferred to recipients outside the EU. All personal data acquired during the application process will be anonymised after 6 months at the latest.Further information regarding data protection of the applicant portal are provided in the data protection declaration of the pludoni GmbH. If the controller concludes an employment contract with an applicant, the transmitted data will be stored for the purpose of processing the employment in compliance with the legal provisions. If no employment contract is concluded by the controller with the applicant, the application documents will be duly deleted, provided that no other legitimate interest of the controller is opposed to such deletion. Other legitimate interest in this sense might be, for example, a duty to provide evidence in proceedings under the Allgemeines Gleichbehandlungsgesetz (AGG) [General Equal Treatment Act].
